This day proved to be a monumental day in the history of Sea’s the Limit Swim Club. We completed our first year’s showing at the New South Wales State Titles with a four man medley relay. A combination of 3 out of 4 lifetime bests (Josh – 37.57; Chad – 29.77; & Mick –30.78) and John’s return after more than a year off proved to be just the combination needed. We just edged out our cross town friends from Maroubra by two tenths of a second to finish 28th in the Open 200 Medley Relay.

Then our monthly club night saw a boost in membership and quite a few impressive swims; from new faces and regulars alike.

Special thanks go to Mick, Sandy, Susan, Christine, Alan, Phil, and Clare for making the night run as smoothly as it did. The event is still a work in progress, and we are sensing some great things to come as we work the kinks out.

Great job to everyone who had a go on the night, and we’ll see you in February.
