Our Christmas event proved a fantastic night. We opened up the doors, not only to our club membership, but to all squad swimmers, and took in the festive spirit.
The shortened swimming program only included freestyle, as we had time to spend on other, more fun, activities. Even with the single event, we swam great. Bradley Horrey, recently dubbed ‘BAZZA’ swam his fastest ever, along with cohort Cello Georgouras. Our Adult contingent was very well represented, giving our youth something to strive towards. Lets keep that trend going.
The extra curricular activities included water slides and Santa’s gift giving for the kiddies; while the 18 and over’s had a chance for the Canadian Club in the annual Christmas ‘Wine Dive.’
It was a memorable night for all, and smiles were plentiful.
