On Sunday, the 28th of March 2004, the Swim for CARE was held at Balmoral Beach in good conditions.
Three of our junior squad members entered the 250 metre event in the 9-11 year old category; and out of more than 40 competitors they did extremely well.

For his 3rd place effort, Bradley received a trophy which was presented to him by Olympic Gold Medal swimmer, John
Konrads.
A great day was had by all; and it’s wonderful to see how our juniors have progressed over the season and gained the confidence to compete in
this type of event.
